Desiccated coconut is made from the dried flesh of coconut meat that has been finely chopped or grated. It is available in a wide range of sizes—from fine, snow-like powder to larger chunks—in various shapes and textures.

High fat – medium grade:

– Moisture: 3% max

– FFA (Free fatty acid as lauric): 0.5% max

– Fat content: 62% min

– Size: 3-5mm

– Natural white color of coconut.
